The graphic on this piece isn't printed on top of a blank — it's the result of months of development, sampling, and decisions that most brands never make. The spray paint aesthetic you see was engineered to feel accidental. The diffused edges, the grain, the way it fades into the fabric — none of that happened by default.
The base is 100% cotton waffle knit. We chose waffle specifically because the grid texture gives the print something to sit on — the graphic doesn't flatten the fabric, the fabric pushes back through it. Up close the texture reads. From a distance the graphic reads. Both things happen at once.
Enzyme washed after construction. Not for the look — for the feel. The wash breaks down the cotton fibers slightly, giving the piece a softness that a new garment doesn't have. It's the difference between something that feels worn in from day one and something that takes six months to feel right.
